A recently published study found that any type and level of activity, such as walking, can reduce memory loss. The catch is that you can’t wait until you start losing your memory. You have to start by at least middle age.
The study, led by neurologist Professor Cassandra Szoeke, director of the Women’s Healthy Ageing Project at Melbourne University, was published in The American Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry (online May 28, 2016).
